Tennessee Women's Political Caucus (NWPCTN) - Speaker & Presenter
The Tennessee Women’s Political Caucus is a statewide, multi-partisan organization dedicated to increasing women’s participation in the political process, supporting women candidates, and advancing issues that impact women and families. As a featured speaker and presenter at the “She's in the Race" training event, we are contributing to this mission by helping prepare and inspire women to run for office, engage in advocacy, and expand their leadership impact. Through this work, we support NWPCTN’s vision of building a more inclusive, representative, and empowered political landscape across Tennessee.

Empowered BY DS - Speaker & Presenter
Empowered by DS is a dynamic movement led by Denise Silas that is dedicated to equipping and uplifting women through meaningful conversations and intentional action in the areas of Faith, Finances, Fitness, and Fun. One of her flagship initiatives, "Let’s Talk About It Tuesday," is a virtual conversation series designed to tackle real issues that concern women—from leadership and personal growth to wellness and purpose. These engaging Tuesday evening sessions foster a safe space for dialogue, education, and empowerment for women from all walks of life.
At Thrive iMpact Solutions, we are honored to partner with Empowered by DS to amplify their mission of transformational growth for women. Through this collaboration, we contribute our expertise in nonprofit leadership and organizational development to support their educational programming and outreach.
As part of the “Let’s Talk About It Tuesday” series, we joined as a guest speaker to present "Nonprofits: Facts vs. Myths," a powerful conversation that helped demystify the nonprofit world and inspired participants to take their next step with clarity and confidence.
We are committed to supporting Empowered by DS by sharing resources, providing strategic insights, and participating in future conversations that align with our mission: to help purpose-driven organizations and leaders create lasting impact.
